These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the onexch platform, including all betting, casino, slot, and account services available at onexch.club. 2.4 Single Account. Each Player may hold only one onexch Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.5 Restricted Territories. onexch does not accept registrations from individuals located in, or ordinarily resident in, jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is each Player's responsibility to ascertain whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. onexch accepts no liability for any Player's breach of applicable local laws.
3.1 Registration Requirements. To create an onexch Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. onexch reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your onexch login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. onexch will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify onexch support immediately at [email protected]. onexch will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account during investigation. Transactions completed prior to notification cannot be reversed unless fraud is independently verified.
3.4 Account Currency. All onexch Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be declined. onexch does not apply any currency conversion and does not charge a currency exchange fee.
3.5 Account Verification. onexch may, at any point, request that a Player complete full KYC verification. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account restrictions or closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. onexch accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, 1LINK, and debit card. All transactions are processed in PKR. onexch does not accept cash payments, third-party transfers, or cryptocurrency deposits.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to two business hours. onexch is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile money provider.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within the onexch cashier. These limits may be adjusted by onexch from time to time without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Where this is not possible, onexch will contact the Player to agree an alternative method.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. onexch aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Delays may occur where additional verification is required. onexch will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by onexch are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. onexch reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend or terminate Accounts where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use offer, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, and coordinating with other Players to exploit bonuses.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. onexch reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already claimed the offer, onexch will honour the promotion for that Player on the terms that applied at the time of claiming.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the onexch platform are subject to acceptance. onexch reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed at odds that were published in error, or bets placed in a manner that indicates irregular activity.
6.2 Odds. Odds are displayed in decimal format on the onexch platform and are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed represent the contracted odds for that wager. Subsequent market movements do not affect confirmed bets.
6.3 In-Play Betting. onexch offers in-play (live) betting on cricket — including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches — as well as other sports. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly. onexch operates a brief acceptance delay on in-play bets and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during critical moments of play.
6.4 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void by onexch where: an event is abandoned or cancelled before its scheduled conclusion; a market is suspended due to a technical error; or odds were published materially in error. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account.
6.5 Results and Disputes. onexch uses official tournament results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL markets) to settle betting markets. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the Player must submit a formal complaint via the onexch support channel within 72 hours of the market being settled.
6.6 Maximum Payout. onexch applies a maximum single-bet payout cap, details of which are published within the betting interface on a per-market basis. Winnings exceeding the published cap will be reduced to the cap amount at the time of settlement.

7.2 RNG Certification. 9.1 onexch's Right to Suspend. onexch may suspend or terminate any Account at any time — with or without prior notice — where it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where onexch is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
9.2 Effect of Suspension. Upon Account suspension, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with applicable betting rules. Following settlement, the Account balance will be assessed. Where suspension arises from a Player's breach of these Terms, onexch reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, the verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
9.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting onexch support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure, having met withdrawal eligibility criteria, will be returned to the Player within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
9.4 Self-Exclusion Closure. Players who close their Account under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are subject to a minimum exclusion period of six months. Requests to reopen a self-excluded Account before the exclusion period has elapsed will be declined without exception.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, onexch shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
12.3 Maximum Liability. Where onexch is found liable to a Player for any cause, onexch's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises, or the value of the transaction directly giving rise to the claim — whichever is lower.
12.4 Force Majeure. onexch shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or the acts of third-party payment providers.
13.1 Data Collection. onexch collects personal data from Players as part of the registration, KYC, and ongoing account management process. This data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
13.2 Data Use. Personal data collected by onexch is used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where you have given consent, marketing communications.
